We were lucky to be introduced to Stuart in November ’21 who agreed to collaborate with us on an ambitious project to strip down and implement a contemporary design for a large 4.4m x 9.8m room (home automation, new ceiling, floor, walls, fireplace, lights, radiators, doors, plumbing, electrical, etc.). It is safe to say the original plan evolved as we added more to the design. The team at itsoktu moved beautifully in sync with our ever-growing requirements, continuing to deliver excellent craftmanship whilst maintaining the timescales required. Stuart’s management and co-ordination abilities excelled, collaborating with us, his team, and our designer to deliver the result. This coupled with his calm approach to resolving issues and finding good tradespeople kept everything moving efficiently. What make itsoktu a great company - it all about the people in it: - Danny's magical ability correcting and enhancing poor original building work - Egija diligence and steady hand (how does she manage to paint a ceiling and not get a spot on her - we all have something to learn). - And last but by no means least - Marco I have never seen a smoother wall or more polished finish to a room. Success is based on all elements working seamless together, having healthy debates, challenging ideas and offering opinion whilst moving together as one to the end goal. We are immensely proud of what we have, and that pride extends to the work the itsoktu team provided in making it a reality. We trusted them and they delivered!

Stuart installed laminate flooring on all rooms of my house's ground floor and he did it in only 3 days! It was the week before Christmas and I really wanted to have the floor done before the 24th. I didn't think I'd get that but Stuart managed to get the job done to the highest quality. He worked as long as he had to achieve this and always made sure I was happy with what he was doing and made any necessary changes based on my feedback. Stuart And his team Completed some high end office refurbishment in Hams Hall Birmingham whilst able to do commercial painting to 40,000sft warehouse he also completed a very high standard decorating to offices even returning again recently to carry out some extra works for client who was over the moon with his team of very experienced decorators to work in a occupied area to minimise disruption to client whilst maintaining a safe distance obeying covid rules Would highly recommend stuart and his team 10-10.

Stu & Agi were very professional from the initial discussions of the project. They took their time with the decoration and also made suggestions as the project progressed. There were a few minor snags that you would get from most new build decoration projects and Stu has returned to make them perfect.
